Scholarship Application 

The Hopkinsville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Sorority, Inc. is now accepting applications for our 2024 annual scholarship.

The following qualifications must be met for consideration:

• Completed Scholarship Application (attached)

• 3.0 GPA

• Official High School Transcript

• Three (3) letters of recommendation from any of the following individuals, but cannot be a family member:

               ~ Teacher

               ~ Church Leader

               ~ Community leader

               ~ Community mentor

• A 400-word essay outlining your career goals, academic commitment, leadership, school involvement and community service. Include how an individual has impacted and influenced your life in becoming to person that you are today and aspire to be.
